1. forwarding order:(details of receiver and deliver, port of loading, port of destination, mark, name of the article, number, weight, material quality)

2. Material Safety Data Sheet(MSDS)

  note 1: dagerous cargo: In order to have convenient shipping space application and dangerous cargo declaration, please give clear indication of the name both in Chinese and in English, chemical formula, box type, dangerous level( CLASS NO.), the United Nations dagerous cargo code( UN NO.), goods packing and the special requirements on the letter of authorizaion.

  note 2: non-dangerous goods:  Make sure they are the non-dangerous goods on the Certification for Transport of Goods or please povide MSDS and Non-risk guarantee.

  note 3: If it involves transshipment, you need to ask for the airshipper and make sure whether it has limitations and the risk of checking goods.

2. provide materials for custom declaration

provide the original copy of related materials for custom declartion 2 days in advance:

  1,one verification sheet

  2,two invoice

  3,two sales contract

  4,two packing list

  5,order of custom declartion

  6,declaration for exportation

  7,product description of the cargo( the supplier should introduce the use, chemical formula, structural formula and the characteristics of the cargo in writting)

  8,non-risk guarantee of the cargo( specially indicates that this item is for the custom officer not the requirement of airlines).

  note 1: We can apply to the customs according to the materials above, and the declaration form of the cargo

  note 2: Please provide 2 extra blank A4 paper, which has the stamps of your company on them, in order to avoid missing the time of costum declaration and booking space when there are something wrong with the cutom clearance materials.

3. Confirmation of the bill of lading will give to the supplier 2 days before the plane leaving Hong Kong.
